Matthew Lepic
Matt Lepic is a second-generation real estate broker with over 20 years of experience as a licensed real estate professional, bringing a deep-rooted passion for the industry and a career built on integrity, adaptability, and hands-on expertise. Following in the footsteps of his father, who founded Lepic, Kroeger, Realtors in 1976, Matt was immersed in real estate from an early age. Through years of mentorship, he developed a strong foundation in ethical practices, client advocacy, and the principles of being both a trusted advisor and an effective salesperson.
Over the course of his career, Matt has successfully adapted to the evolving real estate landscape, staying ahead of changes in laws, technology, buyer representation, and seller representation. His ability to navigate these shifts allows him to provide informed, strategic guidance to clients in a constantly changing market.
Matt brings extensive, well-rounded experience across all aspects of real estate, including working with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers. His career began in construction, where he worked for a builder performing everything from foundational labor to more advanced building processes. This hands-on background gives him a unique perspective and a practical understanding of property value, construction quality, and development potential.
Today, Matt plays an integral role in a family-run business alongside his wife, Nicole, contributing to general contracting, land development, commercial real estate sales, and investment projects. His attention to detail, combined with his strong analytical skills, ensures that every transaction and project is handled with precision and care.
Known for his exceptional communication, Matt is highly responsive and committed to maintaining clear, consistent connections with clients—whether through calls, emails, or text messages. His dedication to service is matched by his commitment to his family and community. Outside of work, he invests his time coaching baseball and brings the same discipline and work ethic shaped by his background as a wrestler into every aspect of his life.

Nicole Lepic
Nicole comes from a family steeped in real estate traditions as she witnessed firsthand what it takes to be a responsive REALTOR®. Her passion is working with new residential construction and also in remodeling existing homes to fit the pinterest ideals of her clients. Listening is key to determining what might be an issue and determining how to make it all come together and work. Homes are as individual as the people living in them, and Nicole's commitment to innovative ideas and efficient methods within the ever-changing world of real estate will ensure that you have the level of service you deserve.
Parenting their four kids with husband Matt means Nicole is involved in many school and community activities. Giving back is essential. Nicole grew up in the Cedar Rapids/Marion area; therefore, she's extremely knowledgeable in the Johnson and Linn county corridor area. You can feel reassured when she puts that knowledge to work for you.
Alexia Lampe
Alexia was born and raised in Iowa City, attending City High and then graduating from The University of Iowa with a B.B.A. in Marketing and a B.A. in Communication Studies. After college Alexia entered a career in finance and banking for 11 years and has a range of experience from insurance sales to personal banking, business banking and mortgage loan origination. Her experience in mortgage lending gives her clients an extra benefit and she is happy to share her knowledge as it can be a very overwhelming process.
Alexia's passion is helping people and working hard to get the job done. She takes pride in her honesty and integrity. When not at work Alexia enjoys spending time outdoors with her family,, cooking, volunteering for a variety of community organizations, and cheering on her kids sports teams.
